Billing
The booked session is confirmed when the payment is done. Payment is done before the session. I will send you a bill when the session has been booked.
Cancellation
If you must cancel or reschedule your booked appointment, please do it at least 24 hours before the booked session.
Privacy policy
- White Lumi Energy Healing only collects your e-mail address and name as you send an inquiry for booking
- All data that is saved from customers are on these e-mails and saved in my personal e-mail only as long as the bill is sent and the session has been held. After this all the existing e-mails are deleted.
- This data is not shared with anyone
- You have a right to ask what data is saved from you, ask to see this data and ask to delete this data. Please send me a message to:
